After interviewing me the owners believed my marketing process would make a big difference.

Immediately after launching my marketing campaign we began to drive large numbers of showings and viewings.  We also held a couple of events to introduce Real Estate Agents to the home.  The feedback from both groups was very positive and as a result, we held firm on the price point.  

After a little more than two months we generated an offer that was over 97% of the asking price.  The home closed after only 95 days after I was selected to market it.
